How Insurance is Processed
Check your insurance directory to find in-network providers. Make sure you know the details on your insurance card. Bring your card to every visit and let us know if your insurance changes. If your insurance is one of our contracted plans, we will collect your co-pay and handle the rest of the billing procedures. We will bill you for any fees not covered by your insurance. Care Credit
We accept CareCredit at our clinic and surgery center. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed for your health and wellness needs. Use it to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by medical insurance, and special financing options are available that you may not be able to get with other cards.
